So credible, in fact, that a search warrant was issued.<\/p>\n<p>In light of the current investigation underway by law enforcement, I would like to know who authorized the (near complete) scrubbing of [BM&#8217;s]\u00a0name from the SJU Athletic Department web site.<\/p>\n<p>What else are you hiding from law enforcement?<\/p>\n<p>What are you hiding from other victims?<\/p>\n[BM]\u00a0was on the swim team during the 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 school years yet his name has been removed from the swim team roster for each of those years:<\/p>\n<p>2011-2012 Swim Roster:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gojohnnies.com\/roster.aspx?path=mswim&amp;\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/gojohnnies.com\/roster.aspx<\/a><br \/>\n2010-2011 Swim Roster:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gojohnnies.com\/roster.aspx?roster=167\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/gojohnnies.com\/roster.aspx?roster=167<\/a><br \/>\n2009-2010\u00a0Swim Roster:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gojohnnies.com\/roster.aspx?roster=153\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/gojohnnies.com\/roster.aspx?roster=153<\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is well documented (see below) that [BM]\u00a0was a member of those teams.<\/p>\n<p>You are no doubt familiar with other members of the Saint John&#8217;s University Athletic Department who have covered up sexual misconduct on campus. Also as a junior (2011-2012 school year) swim team member [BM]\u00a0was mentioned in &#8220;The Record&#8221; three times:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">csbsjurecord.com<br \/>\nPage 8<br \/>\nSep. 30, 2011<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8220;Swimming instead of driving.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">csbsjurecord.com<br \/>\nPage 9<br \/>\nDec. 9, 2011<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">&#8220;Our team performance was good,&#8221; junior [BM]\u00a0said. &#8220;Despite a<br \/>\ntougher environment this year, several guys still made finals and a<br \/>\ngood chunk of them were freshmen.&#8221; One such first-year was Logan<br \/>\nArnold, who placed third in the 100-yard backstroke (54.35s) among<br \/>\nD-III athletes and placed ninth overall. &#8220;Individually, I was right<br \/>\nwhere I wanted to be in terms of time for my events,&#8221; Arnold said. &#8220;It<br \/>\nis nice to have a bigger mid-season invitational to compare yourself<br \/>\nto other swimmers in the MIAC.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">csbsjurecord.com<br \/>\nJan. 27, 2012<br \/>\nPage 10<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">Other notable finishers on Friday against St. Cloud State included<br \/>\nseniors Seaburg and Jesse Otis, who finished second and third in the<br \/>\n200-yard freestyle, posting times of (1:48.37) and (1:48.92)<br \/>\nrespectively.
