In light of the current investigation underway by law enforcement, I would like to know who authorized the (near complete) scrubbing of [BM’s]\u00a0name from the SJU Athletic Department web site.<\/em><\/p>\n[Webmaster’s Note: This email is a follow-up to a September 28, 2013 letter [ View<\/a>\u00a0] to SJU President Michael Hemesath and others.]\n

Alleged Rape (and a current coverup) at Saint John’s<\/strong><\/p>\n

Email to Michael Hemesath, Tom Stock and Bill Sexton:<\/p>\n

As you are aware, senior swimmer [BM] left Saint John’s University early last month following a credible allegation of sexual misconduct. So credible, in fact, that a search warrant was issued.<\/p>\n

In light of the current investigation underway by law enforcement, I would like to know who authorized the (near complete) scrubbing of [BM’s]\u00a0name from the SJU Athletic Department web site.<\/p>\n

What else are you hiding from law enforcement?<\/p>\n

What are you hiding from other victims?<\/p>\n[BM]\u00a0was on the swim team during the 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 school years yet his name has been removed from the swim team roster for each of those years:<\/p>\n

It is well documented (see below) that [BM]\u00a0was a member of those teams.<\/p>\n

You are no doubt familiar with other members of the Saint John’s University Athletic Department who have covered up sexual misconduct on campus. This list includes John Gagliardi (circa 1968, 1975 and 2001), Pat Haws in 1975, and Jim Smith in 2003.<\/p>\n

It is disappointing that the new president of the university, the current athletic director and its swim coach have joined that group.<\/p>\n

\nseniors Seaburg and Jesse Otis, who finished second and third in the
\n200-yard freestyle, posting times of (1:48.37) and (1:48.92)
\nrespectively. On Saturday, Franta took fourth in the 200-yard
\nbackstroke with a time of 2:03.65 and junior [BM]\u00a0finished
