The following is taken from the transcript of a call between the\u00a0Stearns County Sheriff Department (SCSD)\u00a0and Saint John’s Life Safety (SJLS) on June 29, 2013 at 12:19pm.<\/p>\n
During the call, a member of\u00a0Saint John’s Life Safety admits to the sheriff’s department that a call was placed to Life Safety\u00a0by someone on campus the day before the reunion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n “… we got a call from several of the people at the event that um, was telling us that ah, he had been trespassed the day before, we had a call yesterday to our …\u00a0Sergeant <\/em>[Shawn\u00a0Vierzba]\u00a0, saying that he was ah, not to be allowed on campus.”<\/em><\/p>\n Life Safety was notified the day before. Someone from the Prep School knew that Marker might be coming.<\/p>\n However:<\/p>\n Despite lies told by St. John’s personnel [ View<\/a> ] , no attempt to notify Marker\u00a0was made between April 4 (postmark of invitation) and the day before the reunion.<\/p>\n No attempt to notify Marker was made\u00a0the morning of the reunion.<\/p>\n No attempt to notify Marker\u00a0was made until 90 minutes into the reunion.<\/p>\n It was only after<\/strong> Marker planned, arrived, paid, sat through an hour-long “Benedictine Values” class, and then sat down for lunch with 50+ other graduates that Marker was confronted.<\/p>\n Saint John’s personnel waited for a time when Marker could be most embarrassed.<\/p>\n It worked.<\/p>\n When Father Jonathan Licari, the incoming headmaster at St. John’s Prep School was asked to address the graduates, he refused (See Video #1<\/a>, 5:50 mark). Father Timothy “Timo” Backous, the school’s outgoing headmaster, reportedly also refused to address the former students.<\/p>\n By the time Saint John’s personnel\u00a0asked Marker to leave, however, Marker’s contractual claim of right to be on campus had already been established.<\/p>\n Video… Here<\/a><\/p>\n
