He invited me for a walk one Saturday afternoon into the woods. (Saint<\/em>
\n John’s is surrounded by 2400 acres, mostly woods and lakes. As we<\/em>
\n walked he would periodically swat me on my thigh on butt, saying that<\/em>
\n he was killing mosquitoes and horse flies. When we had gone a good<\/em>
\n distance into the woods, we were lying on the ground, relaxing and<\/em>
\n talking. Gradually, I closed my eyes and dozed off. I suddenly felt<\/em>
\n him pulling down my zipper; I pretended to be sleeping. He masturbated<\/em>
\n me to orgasm. As soon as I climaxed, I was filled with disgust, hating<\/em>
\n both myself and the other monk. On the way back to the monastery, I<\/em>
\n didn’t say a word to him. During vespers later in the afternoon, I<\/em>

\nwill teach Philosophy 36 (History of Modern Philosophy), Philosophy 42
\n(Epistemology and Metaphysics), and French 22 (Intermediate French).<\/p>\n

Still studying in Europe is Rev. Callistus Edie, OSB, who went to Rome
\nwith Father Charles in 1950. This year he will do graduate work in
\nphilosophy at Louvain, Belgium, while staying at the nearby Abbey of
\nMaredsous.<\/p>\n
