Two More Michael Weber Victims (#14 & #15)

Share

Yet another individual has shared their account of sexual abuse by Michael Weber. The abuse took place in 1968 while Weber was a seminary student at St. John’s Seminary (now the Saint John’s School of Theology) in Collegeville, Minnesota. Weber was also a diocesan seminarian with the St. Cloud Diocese at the time of the abuse.

According to the individual, Weber told the (then) sixteen-year-old that the touching was OK because he (Weber) was becoming a priest. Weber told the young man that if people had questions about sex, he (Weber) needed to be able to answer their questions. Weber told the young man to not tell anyone else because they (other young men) would be jealous.

This person is aware of at least one other victim.
